Our activities are based on the following principles:
- Analysis of specific needs and the detailed evaluation of the viability of each project.
- Protection of the different ways of life.
- The absolute respect for local traditions, civilization, environmental protection and the different forms of life.
- Priority is given to actions offering, either directly or indirectly, humanitarian assistance resulting in long-term benefits to the affected populations. Emphasis is placed on health, infrastructure and educational/professional training projects.
- Providing the necessary means (materials or training programs) to the underprivileged in order to enable them to help themselves.
- Continuous follow up and control of the development of all projects. Personal visits to the project site and permanent contact with local representatives.
- Maintain administrative costs at minimum levels.
- Detailed information provided to all donors who so desire regarding the nature of the project and how their donation has been used.
